Is it just me or are DVDi.co.uk a bunch of scam artists? Three separate items ordered from their site in early December have yet to be delivered despite being marked as despatched. And they don't respond to support emails. Anyone else have problems with them?

they have cheap DVD's
and the disney dvd for the disney films :)
