We are currently experiencing problems with the Hut and Asda and can't display their price information. This will (hopefully) be fixed tomorrow.

Amazon Marketplace
The astute amongst you will have noticed that we included the cheapest Amazon Marketplace price in the find-dvd listings for a while yesterday. However, it appears many of you want the prices listed separately because you're not always happy to buy from Marketplace sellers. So ... we'll try to get Amazon Marketplace prices on the page, just not mixed up with the usual shops. Would ebay prices be useful too ?

Filmnight and Empire Film Store
The Filmnight and Empire Film Stores have decided to stop selling DVDs in order to concentrate on other areas of their business. We have therefore removed them from find-dvd's listings.

CD Wow update
I've had a communication from CD Wow, as follows :
As many may have read in recent press releases CD WOW! has encountered a few problems recently with the BPI (British Phonographic Industry).
Due to this CD WOW! would like to take the opportunity to let you know that CD WOW! is running business as usual:
1. CD Wow! is still fully operational.
2. The assets of the business have been purchased by Stomp HK Ltd, a division of Stomp PTY Ltd of Australia - an established entertainment company.
3. It is common knowledge that the forced sale of the business was as a result of prolonged legal action by opponents of the business not poor trading.
4. The CD WOW! business is a sound one and capable of much further development.
5. Their affiliate activity is not affected in anyway, shape or form, by information in these reports, or any others since.
6. They still offer consumers some of the most competitive prices on CD’s, DVD’s and Games in the market.

Region 1 Section
You may have noticed that our region 1 section hasn't been updated in a while - in fact we've been rewriting the back-end of this to make maintenance simpler.
Well now you can search on all new region 1 DVD titles - there's no category browsing (yet), but you can search on a title at least.
The region 1 section is on the menu on the left hand side of any page on the site. We'll be adding more retailers over the next few weeks, including (hopefully :)
http://www.dvdstars.com/
http://www.buy.com/
http://www.dvdplanet.com/
Please email us at info@find-dvd.co.uk if you know of any other region 1 retailers you'd like to see.

ChoicesUK goes into administration
Well I'm guessing their rental shops have been causing them problems, so Choices UK are now in administration. We've removed them from the site for the time being. Shame as they had some great prices too.
There is speculation that some other retailers are interested in purchasing them so the web sites may be resurrected.

Retailer update ...
Sad to report that DDHE have gone into administration and therefore we've removed them from the region 2 listings until we know more.
Welcome
